Refund Policy

We offer a full refund on your first payment for EmberMap Pro if you request it within 14 days, for any reason. Email support@embermap.io from the address you purchased with and we will process it back to your original payment method.

Refunds on later renewals are considered case by case; where EmberMap has not worked as described, we refund. Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
